CHARTER CHALLENGE



Canadian Doctors for Refugee Care (CDRC), the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL), and three individual patients, have launched legal action against cuts to the Interim Federal Health Program cuts, which they have found to be unconstitutional and illegal.
